1. About JasireBeaute

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the JasireBeaute website or purchase products from us.

The website is operated by JasireBeaute (company number 16562434), with registered address at 1 Highfield Road, Five Lane Ends, Bradford, England, BD2 2AU.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you purchase products from us, these Terms also apply to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

2. Products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, directions, precautions and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

• Product colours and visual appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.
• Packaging may change from time to time.
• Ingredients or formulation details may be updated where appropriate.
• Product availability may change.

Always check the product packaging before use. The packaging should take precedence where there is a difference between general website information and information printed on the product.

3. Hydro-Gel Facial Serum Pro

JasireBeaute’s Hydro-Gel Facial Serum Pro is a lightweight, refreshing hydrogel facial serum created to hydrate, smooth and support a brighter, more even-looking complexion. The product is formulated with tranexamic acid, niacinamide and sodium hyaluronate and is designed to layer into morning and evening routines without feeling heavy or greasy.

The finished product is clinically tested, dermatologically tested, dermatologically approved, safe for skin under the tested conditions, and suitable for sensitive skin within the scope of the completed testing.

Product claims use only wording supported by the final laboratory evidence. In particular, “clinically tested” is not upgraded to “clinically proven”, and “suitable for sensitive skin” is not expanded to claims such as hypoallergenic, allergy-free, eczema-safe, rosacea-safe or suitable for every skin condition without separate substantiation.

4. Cosmetic Product Safety

• Read the ingredients before use.
• Follow the product directions and precautions.
• For Hydro-Gel Facial Serum Pro, apply a few drops to clean skin and gently smooth over the face. Follow with moisturiser and SPF during the day. Suitable for morning and evening use.
• For external use only.
• Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
• Do not use on broken skin.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.

5. Hydro-Gel Facial Serum Pro Ingredients

Full INCI:

Aqua, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Orange) Flower Water, Pentylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, Saccharomyces/Barley Seed Ferment Filtrate, Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Gum, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Phytate.

Declared allergens: None.

The packaging should be checked before use if ingredient information has changed.

6. Responsible Person

For applicable cosmetic products, the Responsible Person information will be displayed where required. The Responsible Person legal entity, address and company number will be confirmed on the relevant product information and packaging before publication where applicable.

7. Website Use

You must not:

• Misuse our website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Introduce malicious software.
• Interfere with website security.
• Use the website for fraudulent purposes.
• Copy or exploit our content commercially without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our business.

8. Intellectual Property

The JasireBeaute name, logo, branding, product images, photographs, designs, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to JasireBeaute.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

9. Product Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors. If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilling it.

10. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order confirmation confirms receipt of your order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We may cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing error.
• Payment has not been authorised.
• Fraud is suspected.
• There is a legal or regulatory reason preventing fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.

11. Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details where these are handled directly by secure payment providers. Payment providers may process personal information according to their own privacy policies.

12. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you purchase goods online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

You can exercise this right by notifying us. You do not have to use a particular cancellation form.

14. Sealed Cosmetic Products

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

This may apply to skincare and other personal-care products.

This does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

15. Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, JasireBeaute will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law and will cover reasonable return costs where required.

16. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

For statutory cancellation, the refund will include the applicable standard delivery charge where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are generally not required to refund the additional amount above the least expensive standard delivery option.

We may delay a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

17. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact JasireBeaute. Please provide your order number, product name, description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Possible remedies may include a refund or replacement.

JasireBeaute does not offer a repair service for its skincare/cosmetic products. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
