1. Change of Mind

If you purchase online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cancellation right after receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

If you simply change your mind, you pay the return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Cosmetic / Hygiene Products

For sealed skincare and personal-care products, the cancellation right may not apply after the protective seal has been broken where the goods are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

This does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

3. Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect

If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact JasireBeaute. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.

Where JasireBeaute is responsible for the issue, we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Please provide your order number, product name, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

4. No Repair Option

JasireBeaute does not provide a repair option for its skincare/cosmetic products. For an applicable product problem, the resolution may instead involve a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@jasirebeaute.co.uk with your order number, or use our contact form.
2. Tell us which items you wish to return and why.
3. Wait for instructions — please do not post items without confirmation where we ask you to return them.
4. Pack the products securely and use a tracked service where possible.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

For statutory cancellation, the refund will include the applicable standard delivery charge where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are generally not required to refund the additional amount above the least expensive standard delivery option.

We may delay a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
