2. Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed, please contact JasireBeaute. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate.
3. Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us before returning it. We will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate resolution.
